No. Our insurers handle all claims either via their own claims departments or via appointed third party adjusters. All details regarding claims is included within our documentation.

Yes – for all quotations issued online, documentation is instantly available via the policy record on the website.
No but the majority are. Any risk for which we cannot provide an instant online quote can be presented to our in-house underwriting team via email or telephone for them to underwrite off-line for you.
